The focus of the class is no longer on snowboarders, it is now a wonderful high energy class for anyone. The class is every Thursday at 6:15pm in the main studio at Studio1831. Every class begins with meditation and breathing exercises, where you can let the rest of your day slip away and calm your mind. Then we work our way up to an energetic, strength and balance-based practice, and end with relaxing meditative poses. If you've never tried yoga and want to give it a shot - now's the time!
