I agree with Joe. This was my first trip with this group and hopefully not my last. Everyone was so welcoming and fun to be around. Sunday's weather was fantastic and it made the experience of swimming with the Manatees thoroughly enjoyable.

Great trip, great people, great fun, as always. Hats off to Captain Dan for outstanding execution in addition to suggesting the most entertaining discussion topic Saturday night, one which thoroughly engaged most of the group.

Towels and sweats after you get out of the water would be a good idea. I'll join you at the store to get what we need to make a complete dinner. You may want to bring an extra pillow.

look at the website..it tells you what's included..sheets and towels. You might want to bring a beach towel to dry off with after snorkeling. Sheila and I plan on going to the store when we get there to buy food.

    February 6, 2014

  • Marti W.

I'm assuming we need to bring towels. What about sheets and blankets?

Per sleeping arrangements: Joe and I call dibs on one of the queen beds, if not already spoken for. Per breakfast: I guess someone needs to bring eggs, so I volunteer 2 dozen. Clueless about dinner, however. Are there outdoor grills? Is there a good, not expensive, place to eat out?

Does anyone have suggestions for what you would like to eat for the Saturday night dinner? We could make it an organized pot luck or go the the grocery store, purchase everything and split the cost.

    January 29, 2014

  • Marti W.

Hopefully, a place will open up for Joe as well. If not, I will give him my spot, as seeing the manatees is on his bucket list.

Sue Rorer canceled and her plus 1 was Sue Motloski. She was also on the wait list. Because she was already RSVP'ed as the plus 1 I changed moved her to yes. Just want to let you know so you don't think she skipped over Joe. There is another person who may drop out which would give Joe a spot.

I said I would bring 2 lbs bacon for breakfast. Don't see it on the postings. I can bring anything else needed.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
