Citizen's Hearing for Clean Energy Solutions

Fed up with the Public Service Commission dismissing the words “public” and “service”?  Let’s take back Florida’s energy future.

We demand more energy savings!   RSVP HERE!

Join the citizens hearing on clean energy July 2

Energy efficiency is the most affordable and least risky way to meet Florida's energy needs. By using less energy and using energy more efficiently, we could literally avoid the need for expensive, new power plants. Oh, and the side benefit of protecting clean air, clean water and limiting climate-disrupting carbon pollution at the same time.

As simple as this is, the Public Service Commission thinks you don't get it. They refuse to hear from the public at its "public" hearing on energy savings.

Join Sierra Club and other members of the Sunshine State Clean Energy Coalition as we hold our own citizens hearing on Florida's potential for saving money and energy.

Can't Wait. Why continue to poison the environment and waste our resources out of pure greed and ignorance. The current legislative changes in Washington may force the public utilities to open their eyes towards other alternatives and the public.
