Mid Week Conditioning Hike Shoreline, Palo Alto

Please join us this Wednesday 7/24 as the Loma Prieta Sierra Singles will hike along the Baylands in Palo Alto for our mid-week quick paced conditioning hike along the levees for approx. 5-6 miles on a flat gravel path. We will do a very brisk-paced hike from the trailhead at the dead-end of San Antonio and Terminal Blvd in Palo Alto. We will see shore birds as we travel out and back the same route. We should make it out to Bixby Park, if not a bit further, and hopefully see a colorful sunset as we make our way to be back to the cars by 1/2 hour after sunset (8:26pm). Please arrive early to sign is as I want us to make the most of the daylight.

Optional post-hike dinner at Chipotle.

Bring water and layers since it tends to be windy out on the bay.

Meeting location: At trailhead at the end of San Antonio Rd and Terminal Blvd,Palo Alto

Heavy rain cancels.

Coming with my kids ( 4 legged Damien and Caline). Please let me know if it's a problem for anybody. If it is, I'll walk in front or in back of the group. ;-)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
