Want to get out and join the Loma Prieta Sierra Singles on this open, sunny trail? This is a nice, easy hike in the gentle rolling hills between Redwood City and Woodside. Anybody can hike with us. It's good for carrying on conversations. The hike is 4.1 miles with 300 feet of elevation gain. There are
usually deer, many different birds, but the bunnies have been elusive lately. First person to spot one gets a free beer or the equivalent.
This is not a difficult hike, and we DO stop and break at all trail junctions.
Please bring sturdy shoes, water, a snack if you need it, and layers of clothing.
Following the hike, at about 12:00, lunch is an option at
Sancho's, a good Mexican place, 3205
Oak Knoll Dr, Redwood City.
This is NOT the usual parking entrance to Edgewood Park and NOT the Park & Ride. There will be many bicyclists parking in the area. Find a spot and find us near the small Edgewood Preserve sign on Edgewood Road just east of Canada Road. If you have any
questions please contact the leader prior to the day of the hike.
Event covers 4.1 miles, with 300 feet of elevation
