Mid Week Conditioning Hike Monte Bello/Los Trancos

This week we will hike at Monte Bello and Los Trancos Open Space Preserves. This hike will start in the Monte Bello parking lot and be 4-5 miles with up to 700 feet elevation gain. We move at a fast pace, needing to be out of the parks just after sunset, so this is not considered a beginning hike. I will be giving some brief information as we hike along the Fault trail in Los Trancos, where we will cross over the San Andreas fault several times, before heading back to Monte Bello for a short jaunt while the sunsets on the
horizon.
Weather can be unpredictable so bring layers, and of course water.
Possibly we will go out for a bite to eat afterwards.
Heavy rain cancels.

Oops. Ok, I see 6pm. Is that for the P&R or the hike start?
