3C (11.5mi/2800') Fast paced Huddart park President's day hike

Join me for a fast paced hike though Huddart park and Phleger estate.  The recent rains have (finally) water flowing through the streams among the ferns and redwoods of this well maintained park.  The likely route is here.

Bring a snack or light lunch for a brief stop at the top.  We'll depart the trailhead promptly at 9:00am and plan to be back at the trailhead by 1:30pm.  Caution - this hike is not intended for beginners, as we will be hiking fast!

Rain makes this hike more fun!

We are determined to do this, right? Rain or shine? Please say, "Yes!"

The forecast for Monday is sunny with a high in the low 60s. But should it rain, I will be hiking anyway.
