What kind of photographer are you, beginner, advanced or a pro-photographer? Do you prefer film or digital or both?

I have been doing photography since I was 7 with a Kodak Brownie Starmite. I have worked from a yearbook photographer, news photographer, and studio photographer. I have a degree in fine arts and worked in graphic design, I was an art director up to the 90’s. Somewhere along the way came computers and computer graphics. I transitioned into Information Technology, working in desktop support to networks and server, mostly for the graphics and advertising industry. I have continued my interest in photography as a pastime but not professionally. All my work is now digital, I don't think I will go back to what I think are the limits of film photography.

I'm a long time member of the Angles Chapter Sierra Club Camera Committee. I started shooting when I was seven with a Kodak Brownie in Yosemite NP and now shoot digital. My love shooting panoramas and now shoot 360 x 180 virtual reality panoramas.
