Blue Springs State Park will be the setting to cruise the St. Johns River and learn about its ecology. After the cruise we will tube, canoe, kayak, or frolic in the Springs.
Visit the Blue Springs State Park website here.
It is only a ninety-minute drive to see one of the largest and most beautiful springs in North America which is a favorite habitat of manatee in the winter. We will leave from Tinseltown at 7:45 a.m. and arrive in time for a two-hour cruise at 10 a.m. . We will have lunch (bring with you) and then you’re on your own to experience the Springs.
Park entrance fee is $6.00 per car. The cost for the cruise is adults $22.00, seniors $20.00, children $16.00. Canoes and kayaks can be rented at additional cost. For those who don't want to take the cruise, feel free to just enjoy the spring.
RSVP by Oct 15. For questions, email\t Shelly or call her at at [masked].
Also, if you're not carpooling from Tinseltown, meet by the cruise boat by 9:45.

There are more people going than posted but I need to know if anyone needs to carpool. We have someone coming from Deland and Plant City if anyone is coming from those areas.
