Bill Young, the St. Johns County Director of Utilities for the past 14 years, will give a presentation on the St. Johns County Utility Department's role in Conservation and Resource Management.  He will discuss the past, present, and future regarding their commitment to conservation, technology and strategic partnerships.

Bill has a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Florida and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from UNF.  He was born and raised in St. Augustine and he’s been with the Utility Department for 28 years.

Everyone is welcome (including children)!  Snacks will be provided, but bring your own drink.  For further information, contact Larry Lickenbrock at (904) 537-6047.
