Conditioning Hike

A 7 – 10 mile night hike, we meet at the Santa Barbara Mission at 6:30 PM.

This is an always intense workout, and a heck of a lot of fun.

Appropriate for people in reasonably good shape who enjoy a hard workout and friendly camaraderie.

We try and get back to the cars by 10:30.

We share snacks, drinks, and sometimes poetry up top.

Bring a headlamp or flashlight, maybe a sweater for our break on top.
