Creating time and space for ourselves, these are short and longer walks in silence with a refreshment stop to reflect and share.
Silent Walks are a place to become aware of the outer nature around us and to the essence of our own, inner nature. They are a place to feel the Earth beneath our feet, feel the wind, sun and rain on our skin and the sway of breath as it enters and leaves our body.
In silence we can hear all sounds of life around us – as well as the inner voices that distract us. Silent walking can give us a chance to let go of things and create a space for emptiness and fresh thinking.
Walks are in London’s Parks and open, green spaces as well as in the countryside around London. During the walk we may stop for a while in nature to simply listen.
We’ll meet and greet each other, walk in silence and stop at a café to reflect and share before ending.
