Tell us a little about your interest and history with cars and open source. There are no wrong answers, so feel no pressure!

Recently (Such as at CHES 20010) some devastating attacks on automobile security have come out. I'm curious to see how open source solutions for automotive stack up.

Introduction

I've been developing software since 1983, and embedded systems since 1995. In the last 6 years, I've done quite a bit of work with security, especially cryptographic side-channel attacks.

What Luke T. is saying about this Meetup Group

Seems like a good group with a variety of backgrounds. First impression is that most people are interested and engaged.
