Nokia's maps are actually quite excellent. I like the OSMAnd Android app as well.

I was playing with Nokia HERE apps at the MS store, (HERE Maps, HERE Transit, HERE City Lens and HERE Drive) and found they are well done. They could be been tied together more seamlessly, but one step at a time. I particularly liked Here Drive's big GUI for driving mode.
