Globalization permeates the fabric and culture of Silicon Valley.  However, international entrepreneurs and startups seeking to enter the U.S. market and establish a base in Silicon Valley face a number of logistical,  practical, and legal issues.

Our speaker will provide an overview of  the U.S. legal system, legal structures for foreign companies setting up a U.S. presence, and practical legal considerations of setting up in the U.S. - including hiring employees, raising capital and protecting intellectual property.

International entrepreneurs, tech professionals, and investors are encouraged to attend.  Please come with your questions and concerns.
