Please update your RSVP for the device driver workshop

Hi Folks,

A number of you have RSVP'd yes for the Linux Device Driver workshop but have not paid for the class. Please either buy your "ticket" through eventbrite or change your RSVP to "no"

We will be printing books soon and we need to know who is coming. If you wait you may not get a book on the first night. The student book, by the way, is 234 pages long, and plus you will be given a soft copy of the wealth of programming files for the lab exercises.

This course has a couple hundred slides and is a little shorter version of a course that has been taught dozens of times. It is a great course.

We will be explaining what kind of Linux you need and be giving out the files on Wed night. You do not need to bring a computer, though. We will expect you to work on the lab exercises the week after the class. The instructors will be monitoring the online forum to answer any questions or difficulties that come up.
