The financial and real estate meltdown has created a plethora of opportunities to buy real estate at fire sale prices -- locally as well as nationally.
We will meet regularly to explore the exciting investment opportunities available in this unique environment.
We will occasionally tour foreclosed, bank-owned and government-owned properties that are priced below market. Our tours will be led by a seaoned real estate professional who will allow us full access to these homes.
We will also hear presentations from land banking, commercial real estate, and foreclosure investing experts on how to take advantage of this once in a lifetime real estate market.
First time homebuyers as well as experienced real estate investors are welcome.
