Workshop: How to Build a Blog Network

Do you know other bloggers - virtually or otherwise? Are you in a blog network? Do you want to be in a blog network? If you are a blogger interested in growing your audience and monetizing your blog, the answer to that last question is unequivocally "Yes".

At this event, our workshop facilitator will address:

1. Why a blogger would want their blog to be part of a blog network
2. How to create a blog network

AND

We will build a blog network at this event. Please bring your laptop, blog domain and login info.

Here's the agenda:

7:00 PM Social Networking

7:30 PM Brief Discussion: Blog Networking

7:40 PM Participant Blog Introductions

8:10 PM Partnering Up: write blogs with links to each other's blogs, and build blogrolls

Participants will leave this session with links to and from your blogs.

This will be a regular event the fourth Tuesday of every month.

Light refreshments will be served.

About our workshop facilitator:

Bill Belew has been a professional blogger since 2006. In five years as a professional blogger, his blogs have generated more than 21 million pageviews.


Originally from the Midwest, Bill lived and traveled extensively in Asia for 20 years. He is fluent in four languages, including Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. Bill teaches university-level writing onlline.


Bill holds a PhD in Education and an MFA in Creative Writing.
