Candidate Qualifications for Acquisition Campaign Support
Provide timely and accurate technical support for the development and execution of bank direct marketing strategies. Responsible for coding, auditing and producing campaign list requests in support of campaigns for. Using SQL, this person is responsible for executing a series of complex campaigns based on developed campaign criteria. Responsible for QC of coded campaigns prior to creating audits. Responsible for creating standard auditing reports to clients and audit team using SAS or SQL. Maintain proper documentation of campaign coding and design logic. Must be able to communicate with internal team and external clients as to progress/methodology used to produce final lists. Will work with Modeling team, Production team and database support. Provide prompt and accurate back-end support to ensure otuput files (mail file, email file, telemarketing files, etc.) are shipped to mail shops/end users in a timely manner. Provide ad-hoc support to program manager/group manager on campaign related analysis. Work closely with program managers to achieve final resolution on any campaign related queries or ad-hoc reports.
Experience with Campaign mgmt. tools - Preferably Unica or Aprimo ECM tool. Must have excellent working knowledge of SQL and SAS. Must be able to translate business requirements into working programs. Familiarity with relational databases. Must be a team player, have excellent communication skills and function well in a deadline focused environment. Financial Services background preferred. Proficiency using MS Access and Excel. Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or marketing. Must work well is a fast changing environment.
