Saturday morning Yoga: Beginners Class

Join YogaWorks certified instructor, Stefani Manger (Soulspaces Yoga) and your friends and neighbors for 1 hour Beginners Yoga class outdoors on the grass at the Silverlake Reservoir Meadow.
Class perfect for beginners. Offered at a slower pace this class will focus on the basics of yoga, breath work & movement. Learn or revisit the fundamentals.
Eastside represent! Open to All. Class is $5! Please bring exact change.
Please bring sun protection, your yoga mat and friends!
