Class is $5- please bring exact change and a yoga mat. Wear comfy clothes and dress in layers- socks and a big comfy sweatshirt are great for savasana!

Julie Bernier became certified to teach through Arhanta Yoga Ashram in central India and has been practicing yoga for a decade. She has taught in the foothills and high villages of the Himalayas and under the banyan trees of Honolulu. She humbly hopes to share yoga as it was originally intended in India.
