A Handful of Marilyn, A Shot of Liza, A Dash of Circus: Vaudeville with a Sassy Twist.
From the website:
Be captivated by host Milo Miles and the ravishing Allie Ho Chee who orchestrate London’s freshest weekly frolic through cabaret and illusion in the heart of London’s West End at the world famous Madame Jojo’s.
Featuring Alternative Magician Dee Riley as a regular guest and acts that vary from Burlesque to Circus and Vaudeville. This much anticipated show nods to the heyday of New York’s The Stork Club.
You’ll never see exactly the same show twice or know what to expect, which will keep you coming back time and time again!
We'd meet at Phoenix first then walk over to Madame Jojo's together, as the doors don't open till 7pm.
1. It's part burlesque, part cabaret, part circus, and the rest is up to their visiting guests.
2. The theme changes each month; this month's it's Hollywood.
3. We can have a corner of the "balcony", which will fit up to 8 photographers at the most, I think.
4. Recommended camera settings: ISO 4000, aperture 1.8 - 2.8, lens 50mm - 85mm.
Also, please note that this is not a workshop in performance photography.
