The Marrow comes from the owner of Perilla and Kin Shop - Harold Dieterle. The cuisine features both German and Italian dishes and is inspired by the ethnic heritage of Harold's parents. In fact, the menu is explicitly divided into Famiglia Chiarelli (i.e. squid ink spaghetti) and Familie Dieterle (i.e. pan-fried duck schnitzel) sections.
