Introduction
Hi, am always interested in cooking, although occasions are getting rarer due to balancing work, family n life in general. Have always received good feedback on my food n is always on the lookout for more recipes to try. :)
How would you rate your expertise in cooking?
7.5 out of 10 although I always need my recipes lurking around. Hoping to be able to cook in a more lassie faire mode.
What are your speciality dishes?
Not much oppt to do repeated dishes as there are so many to try, while time is limited. Some family favorites include pen cai, katsu don, korean rice cakes, cookies, muffins, baked potatoes n BBQ fish.
What would you like to learn to cook?
Anything n everything! But seriously, hoping to master a good pad Thai.
