I track my schedule, tasks, reading, exercise, business activities, budget .... and on and on...
I would be happy to present my strategy of tracking 4 areas of my life, business+body+buddies+brain, to make daily improvements in each.
Im from Sweden, fell in love with Singapore almost 4 years ago and have been tracking various parts of my life for the last 2 years. Nothing like a good spreadsheet :)
