Introduction

The wolfman has arrived! I'm Canadian, although I feel lucky to have moved to this mecca of great beer 8 years ago. I love camping, boardgaming, kayaking, music shows, and organize my road trips to always coincide with great breweries.

What is your favorite beer, or beer style? How about your favorite craft brewery?

IPA in winter, Heffe's in the summer. Lagunitas and Lost Coast.

Where do you like to drink good beer in Seattle?

Anywhere there a sunny patio :-) Fiddler's Inn has been good to me.

Do you make beer? Do you collect anything related to beer?

Used to, when I owned a garage, but I prefer to drink it. I collect good memories with friends!

Tell us a little bit more about yourself - where you're from, what you do for a living, what you like to do when you're not working (or drinking beer), etc.

I'm from Calgary but moved down to the west coast states 12 years ago, first SF bay, then Seattle. Having just finished my doctorate in cancer research and developing diagnostic devices for disease, I have thought about taking a temporary position in a local brewery doing some beer science. When I'm not working and drinking beer, I love getting outdoors and being active, taking in art/culture and traveling. I'm a big foodie and love to pair my beer intimately with the food I eat (and women I meet! ;-) )
