Country Line Dancing

Come on out and learn how to do country line dancing and/or watch me trip over my two left feet. Admission is $7, which includes a lesson (around 8:30), as well as buffet munchies.

It wasn't country line dancing. It was more advanced
country western dancing then expected. I wish they had started our group with beginners steps. Would like to try it again sometime.

Had a very good time. I enjoyed watching the regulars dance and it was fun learning some new dances. Thanks Diane.

Though the instructor and several friendly regulars tried to help us out, we were definitely in over our heads. At least I can cross this off my bucket list!

I just finished working. I missed the dance. I'm sorry I couldn't make it. We had an emergency at work. I hope I get the chance to hang out next event.

    Hi Folks,
I talked with someone who is a member of the Elks in Bordentown. She said to wear shoes that have leather soles or soft sole of some sort. The rubber from the sneakers sticks to the floor.
    FYI.
    Looking forward to seeing everyone.

this sounds like fun, but I have school on Thursday nights. I would have liked to have seen the two left feet action...

FYI - I go most Thursday evenings, The buffet usually has eggplant parm, mixed veggies in a creamy sauce, fruit salad, and a tossed salad plus a couple other offerings - has been soup, hot dogs, pierogies, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, spaghetti - not gourmet fare, but for $7, can't beat it! There is usually also cookies or cake. Water is available for $1 a bottle -feel free to bring your own non-alcoholic beverage.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
