How often do single parents have to deal with challenges to the custody of the child when the child gets to the age of being able to decide where he/she wants to live?
I'm not single anymore -- I'm remarried. There are challenges with worrying that as a child gets older the other parent will entice the child to leave and then the court will entertain this.
