Thank you, all who attended. I enjoyed presenting "How to Change a Habit." Remember, Habits may never go away, but the routine performed can change. A habit is not your destiny.

We all have habits. Some good, some not-so-good. What does this have to do with separating and divorce? Some of our habits might be related to how we deal with traumatic situations we encounter. Automatic reactions that are understandable, but may be working against us. Some habits we'd like to keep and some that would be better if they changed. It has been said that people cannot break old habits. Maybe something about them can be changed, though. In our meeting, we will discuss habits, dissect them and see if we can make their power work for us, rather than against us. I suggested this topic to our coordinator and she asked if I would be interested in presenting it. I accepted, so for better or worse -- I'm the presenter on this topic. I have feelings about doing this. Some good and some not-so-good. After the meeting, I'll let you know if I want to make it a habit or not. I look forward to seeing you there!
