BIKE RIDE - ALAMITOS BAY TO NEWPORT BEACH

DIRECTIONS: 405 freeway South to Long Beach.
Exit at Bellflower Blvd. and turn left. Go toward
Bellflower Blvd., turn right at the intersection. Go
South on Bellflower Blvd. about 2 ½ miles to PCH.
Left turn on PCH to Studebaker and make a right
turn, go to stop sign, turn left on Marina Drive. Go
past West Marina store, as soon as you turn around
the curve on Marina Drive, you will stop and park
your car near the Schooner or Later Restaurant.

DESCRIPTION: South on bike lanes through cities of Seal Beach and Sunset Beach to Newport Beach.
Lunch at Newport Landing near the Balboa Ferry.
Watch the boats in the channel while you have lunch.
Trip is 16 miles one way. Bring water, helmet and cash.
Make sure tires are inflated and you have extra tubes.
