I forgot to mention that there is a Singleaires Potluck at my house afterwards from 5 to 7. Bring some meat to BBQ for yourself and a side dish. Directions given at the various Sunday hikes; only for people hiking.

We scouted this hike on June 21. The Redwood Sorrel lined the trail in several places. Lots of old growth redwoods, lots of birds in the section of forest without Redwoods. There are two abandoned old time cars to view as well as remnants of cabins and other historical evidence. Best of all, the canopy is like 99.09% covering the trail. I carried a hat but never used it, carried sunglasses, didn't need them. Peters Creek was running but not very deep. It may peter out by Aug 4th. lol.
