GUESTS are always welcome (singles or married). This hike usually has about 6 to 15 of our regular members who's names will not show in the "who's coming" bar.
CARPOOLS: Carpools are volunteer meetings, if you find no one else going to your hike you may have to drive yourself there. The Sierra Club does not have insurance for and assumes no liability for Carpooling arrangements. Ride sharing or anything similar is strictly a private arrangement among the participants who assume the risks associated with this travel. To cover drivers' expenses, it is suggested that the rider's contribution be 10 cents per mile.
