49'ers Country Club

We continue to hear about the good things that are happening at 49'ers CC since the new owner took over. We were impressed when we played it a few months ago and the progress continues. This is a great old course and we are getting it for $26.25 with range balls included.

Our after golf party will be announced as soon as we work out the details.

Nice course to play...it's come a long way.. A few thin spots but understandable with this time of year...

This course certainly has come a long way. This time of the year is tough on a lot of courses. 49ers was fairly average for mid July.

I want to play this Sunday at 49'ers but here's my problem...I am still recovering from breaking two bones in my foot....I chipped and putted at 49'ers Sunday and then got brave and hit a small bucket of balls today. I think I can hit 50-some balls (if I'm lucky) but I'm not positive. I cannot hit a ball on a slope, doctor's order. May I still play?

Head east, young'n, head east. I'm not Maureen but go south on Oracle; left (east) on Ina to Kolb; right (south) on Kolb to Tanque Verde and then left (east) about 2 miles to 49er entry.

OOOOOPS.....two miles past HOUGHTON is entry into 49'ers. My foot, it's my foots fault.

Just played today course is in good shape, despite the lack of rain. The easiest way to the course is take Grant Rd all the way east to Tanque Verde. Take a left(east) all the way out. Keep going (lol). It's about 2 miles east of Houghton Rd. btw, Sunday is Steak, Baked and a Brew for $15.00

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
