Nine years ago, I found myself suddenly single. Realizing that all of my friends were either married or in serious relationships, I set up a happy hour for other singles in hopes of making new friends who were in the same “non-married” boat. Thirty people attended that first event. In just one month, the initial group of 30 grew into 100 singles attending my events and I have since founded Singles in the Suburbs, which hosts approximately 30 events a month and is now over 3,400 members strong. Members say that they love the organization because it celebrates being single! We've been rated the #1 group to meet people by The Washington Post and have also appeared in Northern VA Magazine, WTOP and other publications! This group is a community - it's about making friends and yes, many have found their "love" - but at the end of the day, this group has become a family and I hope you want to be a part of it!
PLEASE let me know what activities you are wanting planned! I can't run them all, so help hosting would be great - but I want this group to encompass any and every type of activity!
Oh, you can't miss me - trust me haha.
I help people empower their 5 key relationships (money, time, self, others, business) so they build wealth, enjoy freedom, find love & leave legacies! Founder: Singles in the Suburbs & Business Acceleration Group. Author: 35 Dates in 35 Days Blog
This group just brightens my day!
