Hi guys, i realised changing time today was rather late to do so but some posts above read like they were wanting to see comedy & querying the time. I just happened to see this meetup & as there appeared to a bit of confusion & as i've the Comedy Festival website & facebook & Red Bennies pages bookmarked, i quickly checked(b4 going to work) to provide more info. Unfortunately i don't have the same access as i do with other groups where i can send emails & add extra info. Hope it was a good night

I have booked the circus tickets. Will be there at 8.30. Thought that's what everyone was doing.

Oh good. Does that mean you are waiting to see the circus show?

Four of us here already. We're around a stand-up table next to the bar near the smoking room. With Colonel Mustard.

No worries - just text or phone me when you arrive. First meetups are daunting!

It's a bit late in the day to be changing the time as some people might not log on today. I assumed it was the circus act due to us meeting at 8pm and I could only see the comedy at 7pm (not 7pm & 9pm).

Hi Dominic I don't think we need to book but on the red bennies site it states if you buy tickets before the show they are $20, at the door $25. So I think really it is up to members to decide how they want to do it.

No probs :) I will try to make it -- I saw the tickets are $20 when prepaid.

Red Bennies is one of the venues for Melbourne Fringe Festival (which goes until the following weekend, 8th or 9th Oct). If someone's a bit proactive and hops to it, there's 2 for 1 tickets available, maybe at ticketing and info in the city on Bourke St (between Swanston and Russell).
