Let's face it, I'm fat! I must get back on the cardio train and I have a bunch of sessions in my Zengo cycle account. This is not as much an event idea as it is an idea to get my fatty fatty 2 by 4 self, off my butt and into the studio.

If you are interested in coming with me, RSVP YES and we can figure out times/dates/etc at the DC and/or Bethesda locations only.

You must sign up and reserve your bike online. After you do, post your bike number here so we can find each other. I try to get bike 37 or in that area of the room so I can make a quick get away after class.
