I've scheduled our next Meetup!

Join us for an early Halloween Soiree of Despair & Darkness!

When: Sunday, October 24,[masked]:00 PM

Where: National Gallery of Art - East Building
Washington, DC

Edvard Munch is renowned for his haunting portrayals of love, alienation, jealousy, and death?universal human experiences that he filtered through events in his own life. In this fascinating exhibition, the National Gallery of Art brings together nearly 60 of Munch's most important prints.

After a tour of the Munch exhibition (which is on the Mezzanine of the East Building), we will head to the Tower Gallery (also in the East Building) for the black-on-black paintings by Rothko. A recording of haunting music accompanies this exhibition.

Finally, to cheer up, we will walk a few blocks to Rosa Mexicano and enjoy frozen Margaritas, guacamole, and other treats. Rosa Mexicano is located at 7th and F Streets in Penn Quarter.
