Dinner Buffet at Hot House Cafe

Christmas and the New Year's holiday is over, the uninvited guests and their screaming children have finally left and you are finally breathing a sigh of relief and wanting to have some intelligent conversation with friends.

This event is being held in partnership with our sister group, the Toronto Social Group. We did this buffet last winter and had over 90 people show up! So come on down and join us for some friendly chit-chatting and a veritable feast of a buffet at the Hot House Cafe at the corner of Church and Front in downtown Toronto.

It might be cold outside but the dozens of items in their famous buffet will warm you right up. The large selection includes all kinds of delicious items but the restaurant is known for it's impressive one of a kind pasta bar and their dessert table.

The cost of the buffet is $27 per person and this includes unlimited food from the buffet, unlimited pop, unlimited tea & coffee and all taxes and tips. This is about $3 cheaper than what you would pay if you went there yourself. It's not up to my usual standards when it comes to getting group discounts from restaurants but as the management at the Hot House told me, the price is already quite low and it's difficult to discount it any lower. Aaah, well, 3 bucks is still 3 bucks, the food is terrific and the conversation will be lively.

Please bring $27 in cash! I will be collecting it from you when you arrive. All alcoholic drinks are extra and you pay for those directly to the restaurant.

You will not go hungry this evening. I recommend you come with an empty stomach and elastic waistbands -- you WILL be waddling out of the restaurant.

See you there!
