Voodoo Swing @ First Round Draft

A band you should listen to if you dig hard driving rockabilly, with some cheap country and psychobilly thrown in for good measure! We're good for what ails ya!

Voodoo Swing is Shorty Kreutz on lead guitar and vocals; Leeroy Nelson on drums; and Tommy Collins on his 'doghouse' double-bass. Their unique 'rip-it-up' Rockabilly attracts England's Nervous Records in 1993. Voodoo Swing's debut album We're Usin' Code Names! is followed by a second album, Well, Okay Then! released on Netherlands' Rockhouse Records label. The band also scores the soundtrack for the Lowrider documentary "Low and Slow," as well as "Rockabilly Vampire." Keep on Rollin' is a tour-de-force that'll be hard to match. "We feel it is our best work to date, representing not only our tenacity and stubborn work ethic, but also those of dozens of other roots music bands, who persevere, and log thousands of miles on the road." After the huge Viva Las Vegas festival in April 2012, Voodoo Swing heads to various major stops in Europe at popular Summer Festivals for their ardent European Rockabilly fans. .
There is also a car show here that starts at 5pm....we will not be here till around 8pm.
New members are encouraged to come out! We always have alot of fun at First Round Draft. We will have a red light or something close so you can find us easy!
