Welcome to the Sitzmarker Ski Club Meetup Site

The Sitzmarker Ski Club is an incorporated non-profit social club with over 200 dues-paying members who enjoy skiing, socializing, summer sports, and other outdoor and indoor activities for active over-21 adults including singles and couples. We organize several 3-4 days ski trips in Colorado each winter with transportation by bus, lodging and lift tickets included, and drive-up trips to Taos and other NM ski areas.

LOOK FOR OUR INFORMATION BOOTH AT THE SNOW SHOW ON THE FAIRGROUNDS, OCTOBER 30, 31 AND NOVEMBER 1. This is the weekend of the annual Ski Swap run by the Sandia Ski Patrol.

OUR NEXT OPEN EVENT WILL BE A MEMBERSHIP DRIVE PARTY WITH MUSIC DJ TRAVIS PARKIN AND HORS D'OEUVRES ON THURSDAY NOVEMBER 5, 6-9 PM in the Event Room at O'NEILL'S PUB, CENTRAL AVE AND WASHINGTON SE. ADMISSION IS FREE FOR NEWLY JOINING MEMBERS.

CLUB MEMBERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 10% DISCOUNTS ON REGULARLY PRICED ITEMS AND 15% DISCOUNTS ON SERVICES AT SPORT SYSTEMS, 6915 MONTGOMERY NE. SPORT SYSTEMS HAS A LARGE SELECTION OF SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING EQUIPMENT AND APPAREL, AS WELL AS OTHER SPORTING GOODS.

Club dues are $20 annually per member for the year Nov 1 2009 to Oct 31 1020. Please fill out an application form (printable version available at our website:

and send it in with the appropriate dues. When your application has been received you will be accepted into the Sitzmarker Meetup group.
