Less than 3% of global electricity production is generated in plants powered by biomass, wind, geothermal, solar photovoltaic, tidal and solar thermal.
Biomass - 1.3%, Wind - 1.1%, Geothermal - 0.3%, Solar Photovoltaic - 0.06% , Tidal - 0.03% and Solar Thermal 0.004%
Renewable sources of power are negligible.
