I am training for a half marathon, so I need to work on my running. We will run 5 km. beginners welcome! Fast people as well in fact fast people come out so we can get to your level, we could do longer distance all depends on the group.
This run will be on paved trails/ side walks.
Bring water or electrolyte mix and good energy.
Sun careen as well.
