Alimagnet Park near the ball diamonds ... not quite to the dog park ...

Hi Robin, The loops at Alimagnet are multi-use and only about 2k, but I think the grooming is better and more frequent than at Ritter. A section of Alimagnet is like the back wooded loop at Ritter. There are more people and dogs on the trail at Alimagnet than at Ritter since it is right by the dog park. There is someone else that skijors at Alimagnet too, because I've seen their tracks in a fresh grooming.

I might be able to get out next Monday or Tuesday afternoon. I use my son's dog to skijor, and he lives in So Mpls.

Linda and I skijored 2 loops around Alimagnet. The trail and conditions were perfect.

Thanks Robin. I have skied out at Ritter and know the trails are multi-use, but hadn't thought about it for skijoring. The long loop could be challenging but alot of fun.
will try to get there. like trying new places.

I would like to try Alimagnet. I live in Apple Valley and having a difficult time getting my lab to go ahead of me. May work if we follow a skijored so he gets the idea!
