A Qi Rejuvenation is a nourishing Mind, Body, Spirit process that helps you to relax, let go, and deal with the endless demands of modern life with a relaxed mind, healthy body and sharing spirit.
I have a small garden in the back. Nothing fancy, just some herbs for cooking, flowers for cutting, and of course tomatoes for eating. I till the soil, pull some weeds, and share some water. Nature does all of the real work, I just help it along.
I have a talent for working with internal energy. Call it Qi, Ki, Prana, Num, Ni, or Spirit. It’s all energy and we all have it. I’m happy to share what I know, and what I can do.
I look at myself as a Qi Gardener. I’ll be happy to help you to create your own, personal Qi Garden. It will be your special space where you can retreat, relax, and let go. When required I can also bring in truckloads of rich, fresh new energy. (lol)
You’ll rejuvenate, add positive energy, and when you are ready, move forward with love and strength.
The Mind techniques pull the emotional weeds and includes: Yon Chi Fa, Reiki Healings, Shares and Training, Small & Large Heavenly Circulations.
The Body work trims the stale wood and includes: Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation, Tai Chi For Beginners, Arthritis & Diabetes, Qigong for Balance & Strength - Neck & Back Pain.
The Spirit Work will drain the stagnant Qi and includes: Open The Chakras, Emptiness Mediation, Meditation for Insomnia.
You’ll do the healing. You’ll do the growing and enjoy the harvest. I’ll just help you along. Working together you’ll let go of the fences that that have been erected, and drop the back breaking load that’s being carried.
A Qi Rejuvenation begins with a Qi Assessment and Reiki treatment. We’ll review your personal history, explore your energy channels and get a complete understanding of emotional situations. Jointly, we’ll map out the landscape of your Qi Garden. We’ll weed out the excess Yang elements and nourish the deficient Yin elements. I’ll make recommendations to adopt mind, body, and breath techniques that will bear fruit and spring flowers.

Qigong (Chi Gung)is a holistic system of self–healing exercise and meditation. Its movements are designed to reduce stress and increase energy. Qigong is more relaxed than Pilates, and a lot more fun than yoga.
It’s appropriate for all ages and virtually all athletic/medical conditions. Qigong (Chi Gung) is both safe and simple to learn. It can be practiced any time a day or night, at home or at work, indoors or outdoors, without requiring any special equipment, expensive facilities or athletic skills, and only the most basic training.
Qigong involves various degrees of gentle movement or stillness of the body, balanced with rhythmically regulated breathing, all quietly harmonized by a calm, unhurried focused mind.
Reikiis a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s administered by laying on hands and can be easily learned by anyone.
Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises to improve health and well being. It is an ancient exercise with much breath and depth. No matter what your age of physical condition, once you start, you can continue to progress to higher levels for the rest of your life. It is fun and can be practiced alone or in a group.
