Eagle Creek Hike-Columbia Gorge

This is the most popular hike in the gorge. The trailhead fills up fast, so carpooling is recommended. There is a $5 day use fee if you don't have a Northwest Forest Pass.

We will plan to hike to 4-1/2 mile bridge (8-9 miles round trip depending on where we can park). If there is enough interest, go on to spectacular Tunnel falls (12 miles round trip). The hike is a moderate hike along eagle creek and trails cut through the canyon with breathtaking views. Expect to see several waterfalls along the way this time of year.

Please bring hiking boots, water and lunch. We will eat lunch near 4-1/2 mile bridge.

No dogs please.

Fabulous Hike- Beautiful weather, not too strenuous. Eagle creek was full with lots of additional waterfalls and moss on the trees.

I did this hike on Wednesday and it was quite stunning!!! I want to do it again! Not much elevation gain makes this an easy walk if you don't mind the dramatic trails along cliffs which made it all the more stunning! If I was in town, I would be there.
