This is just a reminder that tonight will be the first meeting of the SlackDevs Meetup group tonight at 6:00pm at Slack's HQ.
Some quick announcements for tonight:
- If you can arrive a bit earlier (~5:30pm) tonight that might help us with the check in process downstairs at Slack. Please check in with the security guard.
- This event proved to be much more popular than we anticipated and unfortunately, if you are on the wait list, you likely won't be able to get into the event.
- If you have RSVP'd and cannot make it, please update your status so that we can let people from the wait list have signed up.
- At the end of the evening, we will do quick elevator pitches (60 seconds) for the projects that we're working on. So if you're working on something, we'd love to hear about it.

If anyone has requests for things they'd like to see or suggest for lightning talks let us know! We may also add some slots at the end for quick announcements.

Hi everyone, I wanted to thank everyone for coming out to the first SlackDevs meetup last night at Slack HQ. It was really great to see, meet and learn from our really core and enthusiastic group of developers. I'll be posting a link to the video from last night and pictures as well. We're working on setting our next event for February. If you have any feedback or would like to do a lightning talk please feel free to email me at [masked] or DC Collier at [masked].
