Spring Cleaning for Vietnam Veterans of America

From NOW until Tuesday, March 4, 2014 I am running an event to collect clothing, toys, books, anything and everything to donate to the Vietnam Veterans of America (VVA) to give back to those in need.

You have 4 weekends left to clean out your closets, your kids closets & toy boxes, your garage, and anywhere else that may need cleaning: Bring all that extra stuff you don’t need any more and put it towards a great cause!***

I can take donations at my work, 15615 Alton Parkway, ste 150, Irvine, CA 92646, I can come meet you to pick it up , or you can drop it off at my home in Huntington Beach. Please let me know if you want to be involved in this wonderful event!

With over 300 members, I was hoping for more participation with this worthy charity. Thank you to those that participated and a special thank you to Sheryl for coordinating the collection.

We are having a drop off for any items you may want to donate - Sunday, 2/16, at the underground parking structure off Wesley (just South of The Montage Resort). This is the Treasure Island dive site. We can collect from 6:45a-7:30a, and 8:30a-10a (need a little time for our dive that morning). Please come by if you have items to donate or comment back if you need to arrange a different time/location. Thank you!!

I have already started a bag for you. What a worthy cause - thank you for posting and taking the time to round up donations. I will do all I can to help.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
