Got Fatigue? Most of us ladies are sleep walking through life and we have accepted it. We tend to rely on stimulants such as sugar and caffeine to get us through the day.
This meetup is not about giving up food or radically changing your lifestyle; that doesn't work. In order to take back our energy we need to go slow, make little changes and be curious.
Although you will most likely release weight; it is not the focus because weight gain and exhaustion are symptoms. In this group we will dig deep into why you are tired and systematically recharge your metabolism.
We will be using the Slow Down Diet; Eating for Pleasure, Energy and Weight Loss by Marc David. We will meet weekly for 8 weeks digging deep into each chapter while I lead you through exercises that will cement this new way of life.
You will need to purchase the book which can be found online and at local bookstores.
I am working on securing a meeting place and we are projected to begin our journey in January 2013.
