Start a local food community

Post #: 2
Hi all!

I work with a growing social enterprise called Farmigo and we’re working hard to change the way people eat. We have created online farmers markets that are delivering throughout the Bay Area and I would love your help! I'm looking for Bay Area residents who are passionate about their family's health and are interested in working with us to lead a local food community; this community can be at your house, your kid’s school, or anywhere you think people will be interested. Here's the gist:

Who:
- You care about feeding yourself and your family the freshest, most nutritious food available and you know that means buying food from local farms and food producers
- You are a connector; you are excited to bring your wide network together to provide them with fresh, sustainable food, and support local community

What:
- Work with Farmigo to find a location (school, church, gym) for the weekly food drop-off
- Grow excitement and interest to 20+ people
- Receive 10% of the sales from the Farmigo Community – keep the 10% or re-invest it into the community (great fundraising opportunity for schools and churches!)
- Check out an example of a Bay Area Farmigo Community here

Interested?
Email or call Emily Romanelli at emily@farmigo.com, 925-336-1622

Thanks all! I’m excited to participate in this wonderful group.
