It was another great hike in the Rocky Mountains. We did Saddleback trail instead and climbed 400 m in 3 km. The view of Sheol Valley was breathtaking. The weather was nice and warm and we enjoyed our lunch break with the great view. 5 of us walked on the lake and saw Lake Louise in the angle we have never done before and also made our total trip of 9.96 km. Thanks to Kathy for organizing it and everyone for your great company!

Hi Group. My left knee is swollen and sore today from re-injuring it in a soccer game yesterday :(. I will have to sit tomorrow out. Have a great time out there...I hope to heal up quickly and meet you on a mountain again soon.

    Hi there,
I would love to attend if someone is willing to carpool, as I do not have a car. I live on campus at UofC and it is easiest for me to meet at one of the train stations.

Hi Stephen...I re-injured my knee in a friendly soccer game yesterday and today it is swollen :(. Looks like I have to sit tomorrow out. Totally bummed about that. I want to thank you again for your generosity in offering to pick me up from the university. I hope to meet up with you on a hike in not too long. Have fun tomorrow.
